Gnocchi & Roasted Asparagus
manicotti & Steamed Broccoli
Chicken Marsala, Brown Rice & salad
Seared Scallops with sweet potato mash
Bean Soup & Corn Bread
Pasta with left over ratatouille

OK, I will be over except for scallop night - as much as I love seafood, and am surrounded by it, scallops are not on the top of the list...maybe I should keep trying them!
